Medical-grade facial treatment
What it addresses

Skin concerns that respond to consistent, targeted care.

Facials here are protocols — each one chosen for a specific concern, not a generic menu item.

  • Dullness & congestion — deep cleanse, extractions, glow restoration
  • Active acne & oily skin — sebum regulation, anti-bacterial protocols
  • Pigmentation & uneven tone — brightening actives delivered under medical guidance
  • Dehydration & sensitivity — barrier repair, deep hydration infusion
  • Early ageing & loss of radiance — collagen-stimulating and firming therapies
How it works

Skin read first, treatment chosen second.

01

Skin consultation

A brief pre-treatment consultation — current concerns, recent products, sensitivities. The right facial for your skin is chosen at this point, not before.

02

Treatment session

45–75 minutes of focused, protocol-driven therapy. No filler time, no unnecessary steps — every minute is purposeful.

03

Home care guidance

What to use (and avoid) for the next 48 hours, and how to maintain results between sessions. Most patients see best outcomes on a monthly rhythm.

FAQ

Common questions about facials & therapies.

A medi facial uses pharmaceutical-grade actives at concentrations not available in retail products or spa settings — and is performed under the oversight of a doctor. The products penetrate deeper, the protocols are designed for specific conditions, and the results are measurable rather than temporary.

Skin cells renew roughly every 28 days, so a monthly session aligns naturally with your skin's cycle. For active concerns like acne or pigmentation, we may recommend fortnightly sessions initially, tapering to monthly maintenance once the concern is controlled.

Superficial peels (lactic, mandelic, low-strength glycolic) cause no visible peeling — just increased radiance. Medium-depth peels may produce mild flaking for 3–5 days. Deep peels involve a planned recovery period. We match peel depth to your schedule and your skin's needs.
